Scholar's PvP skill Aura Blast not working

I couldn't really find any related post so I'm posting this here.

Once I realized that healer pvp is all about running for your life, my priority for first pvp skill was aura blast. To my great dismay however, it's completely broken. I realized that even though the animation goes off, it doesn't hit anyone (enemies next to me) for any damage, let alone knock them back. I've tried this in many different instances of pvp to no avail. Please address this thank you ~
