    Double Dragoon quest

    Quest Name: Double Dragoon
    Name of NPC: Brucemont
    World: Excalibur
    Area NPC is located: (X33 Y15)

    I have tried to talk to the The NPC many times but he does not respond.. I'm not the only one having this problem but I saw many players around him as well
    Problems Associated With Bug:
    relic weapon quest
    Cannot learn 2 Dragoon Skills
    Very Difficult if Possible to obtain Average Item lv50 gear without completing quest
    Please fix the bug asap
