I am not sure if this is where i should post this, but here goes. The in game "support" tool is horrible. It doesnt help anything, and is more of a here is a big i found that will never be addressed button.

I have an issue that i just lost several items with trying to craft something.. becuase of a broken button or tooltip, that was supposedly fixed. Am i incorrect with trying to craft something that says "it takes on the aspect of lightning" and thinking that the brand of lightning button should give double progress. This has happened several times before i realized that its supposed to have something more to do with lightning. If im still incorrect, then you should change how the brands work because nothing tells you actually how they work.

Back with the support issue tho, not having an in game help with issues like that, or at least getting back with actual one on one support for issues is just wrong with an mmo, and should be fixed. That is one thing that Blizzard did right, with in game support. Not knowing if anyone even reads or cares that their player base has an issue just will wear on people playing your game.
