help and suggestion with getting in game help

I am not sure if this is where i should post this, but here goes. The in game "support" tool is horrible. It doesnt help anything, and is more of a here is a big i found that will never be addressed button.

I have an issue that i just lost several items with trying to craft something.. becuase of a broken button or tooltip, that was supposedly fixed. Am i incorrect with trying to craft something that says "it takes on the aspect of lightning" and thinking that the brand of lightning button should give double progress. This has happened several times before i realized that its supposed to have something more to do with lightning. If im still incorrect, then you should change how the brands work because nothing tells you actually how they work.

Back with the support issue tho, not having an in game help with issues like that, or at least getting back with actual one on one support for issues is just wrong with an mmo, and should be fixed. That is one thing that Blizzard did right, with in game support. Not knowing if anyone even reads or cares that their player base has an issue just will wear on people playing your game.

Curious indeed... does the ability still have the bug saying it increases progress for Wind Affinity? And does the synth you are doing specifically say it has a lightning affinity?

If everything looks right on both the descriptions for the ability and the recipe--then it may well be bugged still (or you may have fallen victim to the horrors of the Random Number Generator, despite the 90% success rate listed in the description).

Might want to put the details up in the Bug Report section. May stand a better chance of getting SE to look at it there (this is user to user support forum, not for requesting support from SE).

RNG does sometimes suck, but the brand ability gave me less then the regular 100% did, and i did not have a condition that would (or if it does) affect the try. Also when i started the craft it gave me an emote that said "your item takes on the aspects of lightning" and i was surrounded by a graphic the whole craft. So i cant imagine that just happens unless the brand ability should affect it lol.

Ive just been frustrated with so many little things like this that dont seem to match up, if its bugged, why has it been for so long. And if its not a bug, why does it not work the way the tooltip says it should =)
