Maim and Mend (Arcanist) and pet damage

Hello,

I'm interested in Summoner's skills and pets damage.

Arcanist/Summoner has Rose (+40% pet damage) and Spur (+40% pet damage).

But also he can take cross-class Raging Strikes (+20% self damage) and has several passives which increase damage of all his spells by 10% and 30% (I and II Maim and Mend).

So, the question is: if pet is based on Summoner's damage, does those skills and passives affect pet's damage as well as Summoner's?

For example, Garuda attacks with 100 potency per skill.
With popped Raging Strikes will her damage be increased by 20%?
And with Summoner's Maim and Mend II will she get +30% increase to that potency?

Another question for me is:
- Mime and Mend I gives us +10% damage
- Mime and Mend II gives us +30% damage

So, at level 40 will we get 30% or 40% damage increase?

I haven't noticed an Egi 's attack go up while Raging Strikes is active. I do know that stacking VIT gear increases Egi HP. Not sure about the 2nd question, but I would assume it's 10%+30% for a total of 40% unless it's just a straight upgrade from Maim and Mend I.

You pets stats and dps are based purely on your gear equipped when it is summoned.
