Steps:

I've completed Bahamut Coil turn 4 with my party.
One of the item dropped from the dungeon was Allagan Tassets of Striking which allows my Monk to click need on it.
I clicked “Need” on it.
All of the other members had clicked “Pass” on the item.
But I did not receive the item. It says unable to obtain Allagan Tassets of Striking.
My belt armory is not full at that instance when it happened.


I did not have this item prior to this occurrence.
Can you please look into this issue.
I really need the item and have been waiting for months for it.
I am also able to provide the party members names whom I've done the coil with. They're all from my static group, so everyone knows what they are doing.

Do you remember to check to see if your Armory for belts was full? I usually get that message if one of the armory slots is full. You will usually be able to retrieve the item by clearing out a space. Of course if this wasn't the issue I hope you can have this resolved soon.

Also, did it say that you won it in the chat box? I know I get the message about "not being able to obtain the item" even though someone else should have got it. You should have taken a screenshot of the chat for reference.

Honestly it sounds like someone didn't "pass" and they were unable to obtain it and you didn't win the roll.

Yeah, thanks for the correction.
It did say unable to obtain Allagan Belt of Striking. So noone else rolled on it.
That was my mistake though for not taking a screenshot, I should have.
It only came across to my mind after logging off..
But I am certain that GMs/Moderators will be able to look back into the scene as I've specified the date and time of the incident.
