Suggestion: Chocobo Music Selection

I like how in this game, it's not necessarily about the unique individual mounts (though we still have those), it's about tricking out your very own chocobo with different kind of bardings.

So! Why not music?

I believe that we should have the option to select which chocobo theme from throughout the FF we can listen to while riding! This game already has two, but there are so many others with their own unique sound, and we should get to select any of them -- any of them -- to listen to as we ride, as suits our mood.

No remasters, either. I'm talking literally the same tracks we listened to on NES, SNES and onwards.

Also: Spinoff/sequel chocobo themes too. Because XIII-2's "Crazy Chocobo" must grace this game with it's magnificence, right alongside VIII's rocking theme and XI's ukulele chillout, and all the rest.

Eorzea de Chocobo (the personal chocobo theme) gets grating after a while, hence I much prefer Bo Down (the rental chocobo theme).

I don't think being able to select any chocobo theme from a past FF game would really work though - that's a lot of tracks to include (I'd rather FFVI's Terra's Theme be brought in for the magitek armour.). FFXIII-2's Crazy Chocobo can burn in the seventh hell though - I hate it with a passion. ><

Honestly, I wanted them to each have a unique theme. Thought they would when I found out the Coeurl didn't use the Chocobo theme, but then I got my magitek armour and pretty much lost all interest in it once I heard the same theme start up.
Granted, since they're throwing more mounts into the mix so early, that doesn't seem as viable now... :-/

Still. I'd like each to have a unique theme and summoning animation/sound (My Coeurl bell sounds suspiciously like a horn...)

True, there are quite a few, but looped music doesn't take up that much space, and there'd be a ton of variety to suit the mood.

Of course, I myself would probably just always leave it on FF6's Choco-theme, since that was my first and since nostalgia is everything, the best.

Nonsense. Crazy Chocobo is a nuanced and sophisticated work of adlkjk; i cant type the rest of that sentence

But seriously if you want a bad chocobo theme...
