Horrible lag since implementation of Data Centers

I have also been getting a lot of lag since 2.1' in good king moogle mog when the hammer was used everything went in slow motion. In pharos Sirius we had a wipe I raised at hp and was alive but still laying in the water I could walk but my body was still in KO layout. I used the shortcut and when I zoned still on the ground, zoned to the level and the same. Once I cast something I stood up again. I never had any of this before 2.1.

Does the thing happen every time in Moogle Mog? I have a similar issue where when teleporting I would get a drop in frames and it would be slow mo/choppy. Only happens rarely though. I believe said issue is more attributed to a hiccup either client side & or Hardware.

It's been happening frequently in different dungeons not just moogles. Oh and the random freezing which also never happened pre 2.1.
