Can we have an offline or invis mode?

So many times im logged in, and want to farm or craft but somebody sees me online and begs me to party up for a primal or whatever. Sometimes I just want to craft and not come off as a jerk. Anybody feel the same way?

since when is saying, "I'm busy atm, maybe i can help you later when I have time" being a jerk.

if your a good player, and/or a nice person you will always get asked to do these types of things. not always going does not make you a jerk/unhelpful/mean. Anyone who would think this way for you not helping just because your online is not likely worthy of your help anyways, or that's how i see it.

Can't you set this by editing your search info?
"Busy" or "AFK" or something, I don't remember exactly but I think there's something that does what you want.

Exactly this. I don't remember what it's called either, but it will block incoming tells.

Thanks for the tips, though I do feel that simply switching my status by clicking an icon would be very nice.

Go to User Macros, make a new macro, type /busy or /afk , drag the button towards your hotbar and your done.

OP probably has a FC that thinks he owes his time to them.
