    Petition: Name Change Available as Optional Service

    The title explains it all. Blizzard makes $10.00 on WoW for every name change made. This service will probably be available someday, but would be astronomical to be pushed ASAP. Technically it is available if we server transfer. So might as well give us the legit option to do so without that hassle.
