    I personally see no good reason to run CT at all with that one week loot lock-out, on ilvl 80 gear when most people can just go through Coil after they get their Relic.

    Only way to send a message across is by boycotting content and showing them through data that something is high unpopular with the player base.

    I got an extra pair of trousers for the healer set because of this same trouble too >.>. I was a little upset, because it used my roll for the week too.

    I hope they can do something about this auto-receiving loot.

    I ran CT this morning and even though I passed on it, I somehow ended up with the bard chest. My archer is level 16 and I was in CT with my WHM. Totally wasted my loot for the week

    This bug has hit me two weeks in a row and they won't compensate me or reset at all. It's the worst support I've ever, ever seen. -.- I can't believe they'd let something like this happen in a pay2play game, on an instance with an item lockout. This is two weeks I get no reward from the instance, and I'm paying for the time too. I can't get out of the cutscene quick enough, and people just can leave way too quickly when they're farming. It's really brutal for this to happen to you on a Monday or Tuesday. It's tear inducing honestly, and nobody cares.

    Why have item lockout in an i80 instance anyway? It's so pathetic. -.- This honestly plays like a korean free2play game except we pay monthly for it.

    Also chiming in to say this is crap.

    One of two things needs to happen:

    1) The game needs to default to Pass in CT, instead of just letting loot drop to someone if the rest of their party leaves the instance (but this would also require recoding to make it so that the treasure pool remains if only one party member remains, which is... you know, potentially hard work, I'm sure -.-)

    Ideally, what really should happen, because it's not even ilvl 90+ gear and therefore not even really fantastic stuff, is:

    2) The game allows you only to acquire one piece of gear via Need/Greed per week. In any other case, gear can still randomly fall into your inventory if nobody lots for it. This would also solve the problem of literally having no reason to do this dungeon for the rest of the week after getting your whopping one piece of loot.

    Greetings,

    The development team is aware that loot in Crystal Tower is automatically being given to the last player remaining in the battlefield after all of the other party members have exited. They will be making adjustments to this in patch 2.15.
    Already has been addressed. Why do people continue to cry?

    They assumed that the community was smart enough to hit Pass if they do not want. At this point SE Can't win for Losing.

    The problem with this is premade groups would just abuse and pass to the person who actually 'need' the item.

    The community's or an individual's intelligence has absolutely nothing to do with the actual issue, and is quite frankly insulting.

    The problem is that there are times people aren't even given the opportunity to pass. Most commonly it is because they aren't able to skip the cut-scene as fast as the others in their group (I'm looking at you PS3) and before they can even look at the loot, their whole group has left and it is now sitting in their inventory whether it was something they wanted or not. Or they disconnect during the final boss or cutscene, manage to re-connect before they get timed out, and log back in to find loot already in their inventory. Completely out of their control. Other situations where people might not pass right away are if a piece of loot is possibly something they want, but they're not 100% sure so they compare it to current equipment and suddenly it's in their inventory because everyone left.

    This is not a case of people being stupid, or not being smart enough to hit pass if they don't want it. And like some other people have tried to say, it's not people being at fault because loot worked this way already so they should know better, because the weekly lock out completely changed the impact of various lotting situations. People didn't need to notice or even care that everyone leaving an instance before you could pass meant that you got the loot because there were zero negative consequences. In fact, I would argue that people are more inclined to take time passing in CT because of the weekly lock out, since if it's something that you might want but aren't sure then you're going to take a moment to consider your choice. You can't in the same breath say that it's the same as before and then hold people to task for doing something they've always done when the consequences are completely new and are not readily apparent until it happens to them.

    SE is fixing it. That's all that really matters.
