Again, I don't really see why a lockout needs to be in place to begin with. This isn't even fantastic gear. But every item that drops would be 100% obtainable. Your suggestion is just a way to bypass the lock out entirely.

long way off to 2.2 I'm thinking they need to drag the content out along as the can.i would assume that its mainly for vanity ...ive got my drake mount even after i had to skip some total bullshit fate dailies spesh on a low pop server I'm thinking another 2 weeks for sylph.. got some of my blm gear personally I'm not really worried about my mnk and brd dark light looks better slow as grind for wolf points in pvp .. p.s i got stuck with some crappy onion armour for a class i don't play because of slow ps3 ..
Happily fixed!!!!!
Dungeons
The following changes have been made to the Labyrinth of the Ancients:
When queuing to join a party in progress, the party's current progression will no longer be shown by the Duty Finder.
In the event all but one party member leaves the instance, the remaining party member will not receive loot until they have cast a lot on said item.
* In the event no one lots on an item, it will be lost when all party members leave the instance.
Otherwise, be sure to pass on the loots 1-3 in CT!

How wonderful. Especially since I got screwed last night and stuck with loot that I will never use. Thanks a lot SE. There's now a huge dent in my refrigerator and my knuckles are bruised. Oh but at least it's fixed, so when the PS3 is loading slow I won't get stuck with another POS.Happily fixed!!!!!

See, you could have spent that money on buying a PC so things loaded quickly. Instead, you need a new refrigerator. How wonderful. Everything from the second paragraph on explains why your reasoning is unsound. 'It was this way before, so you should know better' is not a valid response.
If you don't understand why letting people gather complete sets of ilevel 80 gear in a matter of days is a bad thing for the point the game is at right now, then I don't know how to respond to you in any meaningful or effective way. Your reasoning will only make sense after an expansion when the level caps and ilevel tiers are significantly higher.

Don't really agree with that, since you're still at the mercy of the RNG in terms of getting the thing you actually want to drop, whereas with darklight you are *guaranteed* to get what you want after a set number of runsIt is one step removed from top tier. Handing it out like candy at this point, which is what either of your 'solutions' equates to, is a ridiculous game design concept.
But whatever
I count myself glad I'm not someone who knows you in person.

So assault of personal character is acceptable, but assault of inanimate objects is not acceptable? Lol.. We can't all be full of rainbows and pink unicorns.
But, I'm through with this conversation. It's becoming more of a waste of time than CT. I just wanted to make sure SE knows at least one more person got screwed by a fundamental design flaw.
