Dog Tags Are For Dogs (Leve Quest) - Unable to turn in Brass Rings

I have 5 brass rings and 3 hq brass rings in my inv. However, the quest log is not registering my items and I am unable to turn in the quest.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems progressing the game because of a quest npc not interacting properly. In order for me to provide you with the proper assistance I will need the following information:

Name of NPC:
World:
Area NPC is located:
Quest Name:

Make sure that you have the right sort of brass rings, because the name can be confusing. In the crafting log you can craft brass rings (a component) or a brass ring (a wearable item.) I believe that the quest requires the latter.

make sure it is equipment ring not the crafting component
