There is LB in PvP. Just it takes too bloody long to even get 1 bar. Unless your team goes on a Raise spree.

It did some a little unclear since I said "available", but my meaning was make it available/unavailable. But since it is quite slow, a modifier could be implemented, or if SE just increases the rate of build. Although when people get more PvP gear, the matches could perhaps go on longer (I am kind of hoping, since the 2 minute wait lasts longer than most matches).
