Idea For Housing

everyone knows housing right now is a bust thus far as nobody can afford them. at first I didn't mind the high prices but after seeing 2.1 and the crash on the markets at least on my server and the almost little to no way to have a money making niche in any market I am looking forward to seeing the prices drop. that being said an idea for housing I had when and if it becomes affordable and worth obtaining is.

How about allowing a message board on the property somewhere to advertise your FC for ppl to apply to it as well as a listing on said msg board listing an FCs achievments as far as dungeon/primal/other content as its released and completed for all to see. seems like a good way to advertise your FC.

Actually, people can afford them. They were all priced because several individual players on the servers were very rich. It's just that the players/companies who can afford them either don't want to buy the houses or are just biding their time because in a few weeks the prices will be much, much lower. No one stays rich spending all their money on one item.

Precisely correct. We are starting to see more and more lots sold everyday thru out the servers as prices continue to drop.
