THM Skill Scathe doesn't show in action list

Ive been leveling THM and recently hit 24 and got the trait enhanced scathe.

After checking my action list in the main menu. The skill Scathe isnt even there. I even tried making a macro for the skill and it still doesn't work. I double checked on a 3rd party website when I should receive the skill and it should be level 16

Is this a client bug which will fix with a reinstall?

You have been doing your class-quests right? Cause it comes from the Lv15 THM quest from Cocobuki (http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Th...of_Superiority). If you did and didn't get it then I would be prepared for a mod to come in and tell you to use there template before they will do anything.
