Vote Kick

So I had this fun, poor run in Brayflox's Longstop earlier. The damage was poor, tank was meh, and it made it super hard to handle as a healer. We managed to get to the third boss(The Eft) before the one DD sudden said "sorry g2g" And went offline. This is when it becomes a bug.. or is it working as intended?

So, with the DD offline, we vote kicked him. It passed through with no issue, and we stood there. Where is the prompt to replace him? It never came. We waited for like, 5mins, checked duty finder for it but found nothing. We killed the eft boss and kept going on intending to kill the last boss with us 3.. before the OTHER DD dc'd or logged out, which we waited for a bit then kicked him too, hoping maybe it'd give us the prompt. Again, it didn't. So not its me and a tank, and we decide to leave since we couldn't duo the last boss.
