Server delay/lag and maintenance concerns

First I want to ask anyone who had this delay where characters are slide showing across your screen. I've been hearing it's because of TWC (Time Warner Cable's) latencey issues.

Second question is to SQEnix in terms of will the players get their time reimbursed while this maintenance is preformed.

It's not TWC, it's the hops along the route to the server located in Montreal Canada.

If you have TWC they are asking that you send your trace routes to scustomer@roadruner.com "Subject" ATTNave TWC needs to address the issue with Level 3 Communications.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
