Duty Finder Vote Kick used for Abusing!?

I play as a PLD and I been party into a SCH and 2 BRD to play in The Wonder Palace. They don't even know how to play then I have to carry them to the Final Boss! Then suddenly a archer said "(Nero Bianchi) 投票除名していい？" *I do understand bit of Japanese*, so after that I got kicked out after we reach Final Boss!
How is the acceptable!?
Archers keep pulling the monsters around without attacking the Mark <1> I give them! No AOE to monsters as well!
Nero Bianchi is the one they keep running around pulling monsters trolling around! Playing with AF1 set is such a bad behavior person...

You can report people through the ingame menu. Not the big forms to fill out, but there's another one on the main page to request GM assistance. It's somewhat hidden underneath the "ask a question" in the In-game Help. Since it was announced during the patch notes that abuse of this system will be severely punished, best thing you can do is try and get them suspended for it. Should they not be willing to oblige your request, i feel the Vote Kick option needs to be removed from the game in its entirety. It's bad enough sometimes already.

Find out Japanese people really really like to abuse this vote kick a lot now! I can't believe a crappy equipment WAR trying to pull so many monsters in 28lv dungeon and my heal can't even keep up the damage he got hit, then he got sudden critz to death from full hp and he blame me for not healing him. BAM, I got kicked. I can't believe that 1 monster could hit him 20% hp so fast by 1 hit
