    wtf its not resolved...30413 10009 10019

    how the heck is this resolved ive been tryin to download it for the past 3-4hrs and it happens evry fking time....i bought the game and i wanna play but this stupid error is not helping....Plz help

    To let you know, this has been a consistent problem since they released the first big patch. It's an issue with their patcher, and the only work around is to obtain the files from another source.

    EDIT:

    There are two reasons that people have figured could cause it:
    1. The server drops your connection because you are downloading too fast, some people have worked around this by restricting the speed of their internet via a program.
    2. A packet was lost, meaning the block is invalid so SE forces you to re-download everything (IMO a horrible practice that has plagued us since 1.0)

    Now it could just be the packet issue, and downloading faster just means you are more likely to lose packets... so unless they change the way they handle updates this will continue to be a problem that plagues a small minority of their player base.

    One of these 3 things helped for me. not sure which.
    1. Connect to VPN
    2. Disable Anti-Virus
    3. Disable windows firewall.

    I did all at the same time, and it finally started working after many failed attempts and retries.
