So I beat the good king earlier today and, as luck would have it, the mogfork drops. Now I'm a bit of a collector, and I really wanted to take it as I love having 'the complete set' and it would mean I only need Ifrit's harpoon to have 4/4, but straight away the tank (relic zenith WAR) launches into a guilt trip about how bad a person I am for putting a need down on some pixels, because ''I have a DRG and I need it and you've got Zenith blah blah etc.'' I didn't want to be an a-hole about it, he may really have needed the weapon after all, so after a bit of an internal debate I left the instance and let him and the SCH roll for it between them. I regretted it immediately, but that's beside the point.

I still really want to get the weapon at some stage, but I would like a way of doing it without taking it from someone else who may/may not actually need it. I would especially like a way of doing it which doesn't end up in people taking hissy fits because I've got zenith and they want it instead.

To that end I ask you, where is the token system? I didn't play v1.0 but I know it had one in place. Why was it removed? Hell, I would even spend phylo/myth tomes on it if it meant not having to repeat a primal over and over again until I get a party where nobody else wants the drop I want just so that I can take it if it drops without them trying to guilt me into feeling like I killed a puppy. From another angle, how is it fair for the unlucky ones among us who want a primal weapon but can't get it to drop regardless of having beat the respective primal more times than they can count? I would love to get a decent answer on this.
