Suggestion: Mail List / Mail Sort Feature

I wanted to make a suggestion:

1. Add a list separate from your friends' list for your mailing list. A way to select people from your Friend's to add to a mailing list.

2. Allow a way to search, like the Market Wards have, where typing in the first few letters of their name, will filter the friends on our currently existing mailing list.

Notes:
I have many people on my Friend's list but not many people who I send mail through. There is no way, that I have seen, to sort the list of whom you can mail too and scrolling through all these names is very tedious.

Just wanted to throw that out there. Yes, I could delete those on my Friends List but I figure, in hopes of it happening, that systems like these would be put in place, so I don't delete my friends for mailing convenience.
