Summoners Enkindle cd should be lowered to 60s with the lost of thunder to make up for the lost of 1 cross skill. Blizzard 2 sucks as a replacement for thunder it's a useless skill taking up space. It won't make us ooh because the only situation Enkindle is used is when raging strike, rouse and spur are up.
