製作設備については English フォーラムでちょっと前に開発から回答があったようです。

They said they will be making the effects of guild support increase your skill rank while active,
though the value will change depending on the equipment the recipe demands and the equipment you choose to wear.

道具や装備によって効果は変わるが、スキルランク上昇の効果がある。

とのこと。

Rank 50 でも効果あるのかなこれ？
