Logitech M560, Mouse not recognized?

So, all of the buttons worked a couple months ago. I had to assign the buttons to specific keys on my keyboard in order to use them in game but it worked. Now when I log in, those buttons are non existent(I haven't played for awhile). I have use of my left and right clickers along with my wheel. Other than that there are five more buttons I was making use of before that do absolutely nothing in game now. Mouse works like it's supposed to outside of game but not in game.

I did some searching and couldn't find anything particularly relevant to my issue. I can't imagine playing this game without the use of them as a DPS.
