Did you ever wonder if your current malaise with the game is a problem with you and how you're playing it? Undergeared groups can be a lot of fun if you speak with them and explain things. Some of my most rewarding experiences in MMOs have been getting things done under less than optimal conditions.

I think you have to face the facts, you're playing Loot Badge Farmer 2013, not an MMO. Any problem you're having is directly connected with how you're viewing the game. Since you're playing it in a purely utilitarian way you don't have fun. At least this is what your post makes it sound like.

As far as raising the ilvl requirement on the new dungeons and lowering the stat cap, I dunno. I could see lowering the stat cap, but I feel those dungeons are really doable as is. I just think you have a lot of people who are facerolling them while overgeared and then not adjusting strats when they have a party who can't faceroll it.
