I believe this may eventually be incorporated, It is important to know that players will try to exploit this, and with the current duty matching. it is possible to get a party of 4, and Q in a tank. who could be your friend due to instant Q to setup a situation where he can get 4 commendations from the party. The suggestion is nice. The only issue is the player base has individuals who will attempt to abuse and exploit it. there have been times where i have seen a need for a healer or tank, and had my brother instant Q the role to get us going in the dungeon. so the current duty finder could be exploited in such a way.
