    Yes, it affects ACN/SMN/SCH damage. Use Fester with and without it up; it is quite noticeable.

    Foe Requiem works for all magic spells: aspected or unaspected (WHM/SCH/BLM/SMN, specifically).

    And in case there is still confusion, they've updated the tooltip...

    From: "Reduces all enemy elemental resistance by 10%. ..."

    To: "Reduces all enemy magic resistance by 10%. ..."
