Are there any good tips to running the game at it's absolute lowest settings?

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be running FFXIV on a low end laptop for a few days and was just wondering what settings need to be disabled or reduced to run the game at as high an FPS rate as possible.

I've done a few tweaks like disable shadows, reduce resolutions and selecting the lower quality effects (as low as they can go) on the System Configuration > Graphics settings on the in-game UI but my performance is still pretty low (around 15-20 fps)

Basically I'm asking for any tips/tricks you might have found for getting good jumps on frame rates (I don't care how well the game looks, just need fast response times to play well for when it counts).
