Game Data Recovery- retainers not restored

I was hacked back in September and applied for game data recovery for my character and retainers. 3 months later the character was restored but not the retainers. I had my discipline of hand class quest main hands on there so I have lost them and since the account was restored the class quests to obtain them are not available. I was told by SE support that it was safe to keep playing knowing that my progress would be restored but they did not tell me that this could happen. I have thus lost items because I moved them to retainer for safe keeping while I was awaiting to make sure my account was secure. What can I do to either get my retainers restored as well or at least have the game data recovery reversed. Thank you very much for your time.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
