PVP wpn VS relic+1? Which is better

So does anyone know if the first tier of pvp weapon(not the rank30) is worth getting if you have the relic+1 wpn?

I would stack as much morale as possible. That seems the best case and the right thing to do is have items with a pvp stat over a PVE stat because you think it does more damage.

It's tough to say, except in the case of healers. Morale doesn't seem to effect your healing power, so it's better to use your +1, unless you absolutely felt you needed that mitigation.

It seems to me through personal experience is that unless you're using your class (not job) or an ilvl90 PVP Weapon, don't use a lower level pvp weapon.
The +1 Advantages far outweigh the morale, especially if comparing ilvl55 pvp weapons against ilvl 90 or 95 pve weapon. Just use the relic until you get at least an ilvl70 weapon.

How i see it, but this is a hunch based on a few 100 pvp games.

But: HQ pvp gear adds between 15-20 item level when comparing to pve gear.

I.e. Ilvl 55 pvp gear > Ilvl 70 gear
Ilvl 70 pvp gear is somewhat equal to ilvl 90 pve gear
Ilvl 90 pvp gear is equivalent to ilvl 105-110 pve gear
