50 Commendations Achievement Reward "Princely Hatchling" not received

Hi! I recently got 50 commendations and expected to be rewarded a Princely Hatchling, but it seems i neither got it into inventory (when i hover over it says Total: 0), in Minions nor in Mail.

After some thorough looking and taking a screenshot my response was, is this a glitch?

You need to go to Gridania and find the chap who gives achievement rewards, I forget his name but he is near the Summoner job quest npc.

I'm a very happy Princely Hatchling owner now! Thanks for the reply, and sorry for taking up space in the glitch forums. When i went to Jonathas and shared my tales there were even two other rewards i hadn't acclaimed. No glitches present!
