I'm Astryd Lilium, master of Solaria Free Company on Moogle.
Mine is a relaxing Free Company where the members can play in serenity and we haven't a real command chain neither recruiters, I make all the work alone so my members can play and enjoy with FF but I need more tools to manage the FC.
The members of Solaria are all nice and sweet persons ^___^ therefore I think we merit an help from devs :P

I like democracy and I think you too, we vote for everything but a votation is a really hard things to do in FF, for now we use the new Short Message function so all the members, also offline, can vote and at certain time I count the votes but is almost impossible to give a list when I am offline or at new members so this became a half democracy, an injustice. I need at least a page where I can post the votation list or, better, a way to vote and this is indispensable to vote about the house.

I this days I wrote many time the same things, I had the same questions, also I want to play but is impossible if I have to write the same thing when a member came online, please, help me! Can you add in FC gui a page when I can post rules, bulletins etc.
Think about donations for the house, you have decided a too high price and many members not want to risk their money and want many info, it's an harassment if I continuosly ask for donations and I never do this disgusting thing but if I can post a message there are no problems, please help me!!!!

We have also to many problems to make partys, I made a linkshell for all member to use a different color but is messy and every time a member came online we have to repeat all, can you add a page for all members like Party Finder but all for members? If you don't make this is impossible for us to partecipate in raid etc
In this moment we are organizing about treasure hunt party, we are going crazy, help help help!!!!

Last thing, now there are a Free Companies that recruit players inviting directly without speak, without welcome, I find players without FC using "Players search gui" then I ask gently if want to try an FC and if say no or not respond I never never never NEVER ask again to avoid harassment and now I'm obliged to play in window mode to use a personal database and I have 400 entry, it's a pain. Many members love this method and thanks me for the nice way I contact them. Please, add, only for master, a tool to search players and add filter to remove every contacted player and the one already in FC.

I know that part of my requests can be avoided with a FC forum but this not works with relaxing principle of Solaria, please help my members, Thanks!
