question about the "new" allagan circlet of healing

so most of us know by now that the circlet has crit on it. however, this came as a surprise to me, as i was following the changes closely. last i heard they did change the circlet to crit, but then were changing it BACK to the original. i've heard different things: it will stay crit, or that it will still change back but the hotfix revert hasn't happened yet. so which is it? it's very important to me because i just potentially wasted 500 myth on hat because i thought it was the same as allagan again.

lastly what improvements can i make to my gear (apart from allagan weapon and getting rid of DL belt)? thank you.

oh and just to be clear, i'm mostly wondering about upgrades that relate to the pvp gear and new stuff like that. going by my old BiS list i was planning to swap out allagan chest for argute; allagan earrings for heroes; and that's it. but maybe some of the pvp gear or ex primal accessories would be a better option.

As far as I am concerned the new stats of the allagan circlet are permanent. In the 2.1 patch notes it explicitly states the changed stats.

BTW, what reason would they have to change it back? They said they wanted item diversifaction.

They mentioned that some items ended up with rather useless stat combinations, so they were changing that.
They never said they were going to change back to the way they were before, just changing again, at some point

the circlet, along with some items, are supposedly going to revert back to pre-patch stats. i assume it was in a live letter or something similar. however since that point i've heard that they are not changing them back. so i just want a clear answer.

also i want to note that the 2.1 notes specifically state that the new stats were "incorrectly changed" and will be "reverted in a later hotfix." it's still not entirely clear but i take that to mean that they will in fact be restored to their original values. we just don't know when. here's hoping because i like the look of the mortarboard much more than the circlet

I also heard that they would revert the stats back because some people complained about the new allagan. But the items they changed had the same stats as one of the AF2s like allagan head is like SCH head and allagan legs are like SCH legs. It would be stupid to change them back, especially when the head is actually better for us SCH now...

The change to both was bad news for white mages. If anything the sch AF should have been changed to be more appropriate, or better yet, the gear should have been itemised properly in the first place.
