i like a bit of a challenge, but some things in this game make me just shake my head. it's about as "new user friendly" as a slap-chop with blades on the part you're supposed to slap sometimes... and not once have i gotten a remotely helpful, intelligible or even usable response from SQ-E Customer service/tech support on any matter, if you try to get a hold of them via phone online, you will get nothing but redirections to the e-mail response team and if you go to get help from the e-mail response team, all you get is a pre-made message about something that has nothing to do with what you asked about in the first place. if i've gotten as far as to send off an email in the hopes of getting a human response, you repeating the results of the "related topics" that have nothing to do with what i asked will not solve the bloody problem.
