How do you level post 2.1?

I know that Leves currently gives out a decent EXP, but the problem is the leves allowance is very limited.

Duty Roulette is another one, but Queuing as a DPS still takes too much time.

FATEs? Possibly decent, but then again, the FATE areas in Masamune is pretty much like a Ghost Town, it's like only 1 party doing the FATEs there.

Dungeons. Dungeons, dungeons, dungeons, and more dungeons. Guildhests are quick if you don't have the hour to spend on a dungeon. The Guildhest bonus for first time completion/no KOs are pretty good. Plus, you learn how to play your class and learn different mechanics, and at end game, that's pretty important.

I've been trying to Queue (as a DPS) in Guildhests and Dungeons, and it takes alot of time before I can even enter one, not accounting the fact that the EXP bonus is only great during your first run of the day. It's still not worth it IMO.

Unless you're levelling a tank, in which you can almost insta-queue, then dungeons are a good alternative.

I've been queueing as a MNK for Duty Roulette, I haven't had it take that long to find a group.

FATEs have been a lot quieter though; we had about 4 people fighting Svara the other day.

Hmm. Your queue takes about how many minutes? Because mine took like 20 mins. or so. Which is in conversion to EXP is not really worth it to do dungeons.

Befriend a Tank or healer and queue up with them. Hitch a ride on their insta queues. I do it for my DPS friends all the time. You can't use roulette with a partner, but you only get the roulette bonus one a day anyway. Since you have at least 1 50, I'm sure you know at least one tank and/or healer you can hitch a ride with.

Another idea is to use the party finder. That might be better than waiting on your queue if you can't find a tank/healer.

With that said, I guess I can no longer level alone with random parties like what I did pre-2.1 in FATE parties?

Welp, if that's the case, my poor summoner will take a while to reach Lv 50 from 42 then.

Its ironic actually, I queue my healer and often me and a tank sit there waiting for DPS... because all the DPS are like, no point queueing unless you are a Tank or Healer... so very few DPS are bothering.

The Duty Roulette 1st time of the day bonus is so huge I managed to level from 43 - 47 while barely ever leaving the city of Gridania... even a 1st time finish of Garuda Story mode gave less EXP than a Roulette Satasha run (bonus reward).
