Mining lvl 45 Leve bugged

At Saint Coinach's Find I tried the Mining lvl 45 Leve "Crystal Mess" and no nodes popped up and the circle stayed green and small on my map.
Please fix this, I wasted 2 Leves and I'm not going for a hat trick.

Apparently both none of my leves are working in that area. Yet it works for other Users.
