A few questions about housing! :3

-I was looking at the cost of a large plot in masamune, and there's different class plots (from fifth-class plot, to first-class plot). I was just wonder what the difference was, since there's a huge jump in the numbers?

-My friend told me those numbers are a little outdated, but where can I check the latest chart?

-Anyone else wonders how much will individual housing cost?

I think the easiest way to check the most up to date prices is to visit the housing wards on your own server where you plan to buy a house. When you enter a ward it will display all the plots there along with their current cost if they haven't yet been bought.

The classes and prices are based on how "nice" the plot is as decided by SE. For instance, a house in Mist that is near the shoreline will have a higher price than the ones without a beachfront view. Just like real life. If you have done the housing quest for each zone, you can check the current prices and availability at each city's main aetheryte by choosing Residential District>Go to Specific Ward. Or as previously mentioned, the same list will appear if you enter a housing ward.

You don't even need to enter the wards, you can actually look at all the numbers from the main Aetheryte in each city. Just select the Housing Aethernet and then one of the wards and it'll give you the prices for that ward.
