Can't even start installing.. corrupt .dll's and more directX problems..

I'm coming across three separate ".dll" file types that are being displayed as corrupt or not recognized by Windows. Which is also confusing. The three errors are give me the same error message;

"C:\Windows\system32\D3DX9_43.dll(X3DAudio1_7.dll, XAPOFX1_5.dll) is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.
Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

"This is the process in which I've come across these problems again and again.. Download the installer, run the installer, select North America(English), and then I click Accept. Immediately after that, these errors pop up, one after another. The installer tells me I need a new version of DirectX, and asks if I want to install DirectX now. That's the part where I've installed the "new" DirectX files several times.
