Titan Extreme Ping check rather than EXP players check

there was bigger lag in 1.0 primals you just dont know the fight well enough.

the fight is easy but lagg is what killing me especially 6 ways landslide

as plumes became easy to avoid wen all party behind titan so all plumes in 1 spot
