Mount Actions on PS3, [Can I have it?]

Hello All,

Wondering if anyone can let me know how to initiate the new mount actions on PS3 (yes, I'm one of them)? Tried looking it up, and tried using the touchpad on my keyboard to select the action from the new Mount Guide, without success.

Any help would be much appreciated!

After you do the quest it pops up in the petbar while mounted.

I think it works like the cannons in SV HM, you have to select the action, make sure it is targeted correctly, and then hit the X button. This caused a wipe or two before I figured it out yesterday XD

ok, thank you for that, but that's just the thing:

When I select my Magitek mount, or My Drake mount, my crossbar does not change to show their actions.

Anyone else with a PS3 experiencing this?

I assume that in the mount menu you'll have to switch to cursor mode to click and drag the actions on one of your hotbar

Yup!

You'll need to go to this setting below, then once activated press [R1] on your controller whilst mounted.

When using PS3 or gamepad check if you have the pet cross bar locked on char config, switching bars should show if its enabled.

I would like to be able to place the actions by myself, seems easy to implement.
