1) LL, Pirates, EVERYWHERE, they only stuff worth investing in is probably Ships and Ore. Which both, well 1 ends up in the sea bed, and your Ores stolen by Pirates or Kobos
2) Ul'dah, Pillow houses? Gambling dens? Minerals and ores? Well, you probably be drown in pool of Chocobo pee by a dozen Lalafell Assassins if you got anywhere near a profit.
3) Grid, Lumber? NOPE! THE ELEMENTS WILL BE ANGRY! How about better housing and healthcare? NOPE! THE ELEMENTS WILL BE ANGRY! How about the fur/pelt trade? NOPE! THE ELEMENTS WILL BE ANGRY!
So yeah... I really wanna know.

I was referring more towards costs after the initial plot of land, such as construction, furniture, ect. that would come later. The number was just a lame programming joke - its the maximum value an unsigned 32-bit integer can hold.

2 +3) You take the lumber and hides to Ul'dah (no one there cares if the elementals are angry.) As long as you pay a percentage to the right people the assassins not only won't kill you but will make sure no one else does either.
