Great ideas as always Rentahamster, i would especially like global chat channels and the like, people will be able to communicate alot better with that addition and make it easier for people to recruit for their partys/linkshells across a wider range as opposed to running around spamming /shout in every city. The limits you suggested seem like a great way to avoid the spam you see in other MMO's, mostly which ends up in a useless flamewar in the end which i doubt most people would want to see.
