Can't complete "Drowning out the voices"

One of the prime locations isn't working properly. When clicking on it, nothing happens. I've seen several people attempting, without success. It's the one located at X:17, Y:8.

also getting same bug when attempting to use item to read "prime location" with "electromagnetic reader" the target: "prime location" is giving error that it is an invalid target. this needs to be fixed, several players on Exodus are having this problem, its getting worse. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same exact problem. I am selecting the last 'prime location' and nothing pops up. I then try to go "the long way round" and select the Electromagnetic Reader in the Key Items list and choose 'Use', but that action gets "Interrupted" by no apparent external force or action on my part.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it's classified as a Level 46 quest, but is allowed to be accepted at Lv 45. I'm going to try to level up to 46 and just see if I'm able to magically complete it.

In the meantime, it would be great if SE could find out what's wrong and fix it.

Been having the same problem for a few days now with no response yet from support. We all seem to be from Exodus too so Im guessin this is a local problem?

I figured I would go on and place the bug report in the "correct format" so we don't get neglected due to some clerical issue regarding our posts about this bug.

Steps:
1. I approach the 'Prime Location' at the specified coordinates and initially select it by pressing the X button on the controller.
2. I press X again, in an attempt to bring up the items screen, so that I can use the 'Electromagnetic Reader' on the 'Prime Location.'
3. Upon pressing X (as described in step 2), the Cross Hotbar's icons have a grayish overlay (as if I were performing an action) for maybe 0.5 seconds and then return to their normal color.
4. Nothing happens after that. It does not acknowledge that I have performed any action and the same sequence of events from steps 1-3 yield the same result, nothing.
