Ridiculous change. Stop shoving variety down our throats when you design fights that discourages such variety.

Class stacking is never intended design. It's a player thing.
No MMO designers can really predict how players will figure out some stuff than trivializes certain mechanics. Even with all their testing.
Sometimes they let it go, sometimes they make adjustments.

The LB change just makes it a harder choice.
Fights don't discourage diversity in this game.

Putting class stacking aside how about if people you group with like the same class? Now they have to get a different class to 50? Honestly as a few MMOs have done every job type should have as many options as possible Tank/Healer/Dps and you should be able to bring whatever you like playing....
