So Vanity Weapon Slots.

Once Vanity is released in 2.2 what will you pick as your Weapon Vanity? (assuming SE allows us to use weapons as Vanity look as well.)

As of now seems most relics are fine so not much use for Vanity Weapon look for my other classes...

I'm certainly going to use Sarnga as my Archer Vanity weapon for Bard and Archer's future 2nd Job.

SO like.. it's for real like totally announced that we are like for real getting vanity in like 2.2? Because I like really need to know for sure so I can like totally prepare myself... even though I'm like already prepared and then some.

Last time I heard from them about Vanity was that they're releasing it on 2.2 and the reason why it didn't arrive in 2.1 was because it is not ready.

However, that was months ago and I haven't heard anything new since then.

Well then you'll not be happy. The last update from a community rep. quoted the Devs as saying they did away with the slot system as it was too intensive. Just like everything else in the game. Dollar store servers and PS3 limitations = transmog over separate slot system. Cheers!

Also, since they don't allow you to dye end game gear sets I have a suspicion that you won't be able to transmog a lot of those end game sets. No backing to it, other than with the backwards way / no common sense approach SE takes to a number of things... well I can just see it happening.

The vanity slot feature is something that lets you change the look of the gear with stats right?

This is correct. This will be a feature where you can wear one type of equipment and have it displayed as another.

The previous request asked to have separate equipment slots for cosmetic gear in addition to regular equipment slots. We will not be implementing a system exactly as originally requested, but a system that does fulfill the goal of displaying alternate equipment to what is worn.
Also, as previously mentioned there will be some restrictions as to what you combinations can be worn and displayed.

*Once the specific details for the vanity system have been finalized we will make an announcement. There is also the possibility that the official name changes.
