Vote Kick in it's current form is a nice attempt but few adjustments are necessary. Devs could've looked at other MMOs for inspiration to save people unnecessary stress.

1) You should not be able to kick if treasure is in pool (that's... obvious)

2) You should be able to kick during battle (a SMN or SCH can easily pull a boss, get everyone locked out from chamber and wait out until everyone times out)

3) Kicked person should not be placed back in the same dungeon, from which they were kicked, if they re-queue (lol...)
