I think Mark Hammil and Nolan North are pretty safe bets for Hilde. Jennifer Hale could be Nashu. All 3 are crazy popular and good VO. But SE will prolly (If they even voice these characters) will go with unknown actors.

Mark Hammil is the Joker in the Batman cartoons and games.

Nolan North is in pretty much everything, most notably Nathan Drake.

Jennifer Hale is a female Nolan North, and has been in everything from Mass Effect (FemShep) to MGS (Naomi Hunter)

SE could even use old FF voice actors.

Same reason why not every single cut scene is voiced; money and addressing the player.
