Can new players still join Tonberry?

My cousin and his friend bought the game today and would like to join me and my guild on Tonberry but server seems to be full.

Is there no way he can create a character here and join me and my guild? =/

Will the server open up again? Im really afraid of the nightmare that was in August where half my guildmates couldn't join till around Sep and they had to reroll all over again.

Will my cousin and his friend be able to get in Tonberry if they keep trying? Urgggghhh >_<

Get 'em to make it in the early mornings/late nights, they'll be able to make a character then. Creation is generally based on the current population logged in - chances are, if you encountered a queue to get in, you won't be able to make a character at that point in time.

always check the launcher message about "Regarding character creation restriction" it always changed every 6 hours afaik
