    Haven't been able to save or create macros for a month

    Made this thread once before, it got moved and was unresolved. Same issues still happening.

    This does sound like a technical concern, which should still try to be resolved through the Support Center, as before. However, if you provide us with more details, we may be able to provide some assistance or direct your inquiry better.

    Date & Time: Every day
    Frequency: 100% of my attempts
    Character Name: Cel Eras
    Race: Lalafell
    World: Rabanastre
    Class/Skill Rank: 50
    Physical Level: 50
    Area and Coordinates: Tried different locations, happens everywhere
    Party or Solo: Tried both
    NPC Name: N/A
    Monster Name: N/A
    In-Game Time: All
    Steps:
    1. Make new or edit old macro
    2. Log out properly using the menus
    3. Log back in and see if the macro saved, and it never does.

    1200P cropped in half/30FPS. I know youtube sucks, but should be clear enough to see what's going on. Didn't feel like encoding full size.

    And yes, I've also tried going all the way out of the game instead of just to the character screen.
