I replied to a post on 12/19 and posted my problem on OP thread using the template but I figure I better do this to cover all basis. In short, beat Titan HM but did not get ore.

Steps:
1. Our Group defeated Titan HM
2. Exited completed duty but quest did not update.
3. Logged out and logged back in and quest did not update.
4. Key Items only show the ember and gale from previous primal victories.
5. Reported in game and posted on forums.
